We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Networking & Sales Specialist to drive business growth through strategic networking, creative marketing, and effective sales. This commission-based role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, developing marketing initiatives, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:Networking:
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings to build relationships and generate leads.
- Proactively connect with potential clients and key decision-makers to expand our client base.
- Networking Meeting Coverage for CEO: Attend networking meetings on behalf of the CEO when necessary. Compensation for this will be based and discussed upon hiring.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the team to create and distribute promotional materials and campaigns.
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our services and values.
- Secure commercial cleaning contracts by tailoring proposals to client needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based pay – your earnings are directly tied to your success.
- Unlimited earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
- Networking meeting coverage for the CEO will be compensated based on agreed-upon terms during the hiring process.
