We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in both residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface cleaning.
- Maintain floors through buffing and polishing, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Assist with light facilities maintenance, ensuring cleaning equipment is in good working order.
- Follow industrial cleaning protocols when required, adhering to all safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in both residential and commercial settings, following established procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet high cleanliness standards consistently.
- Experience with floor care (buffing, polishing, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be physically capable of lifting moderate weights and performing cleaning tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable and self-motivated—this role requires a strong work ethic and consistency.
