What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth and effective management
- Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, owners, and team members
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners/clients, providing regular updates and addressing their questions or concerns
- Coordinate lease-ups, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Manage rent collection, monitor delinquencies, and prepare financial reports as needed
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance or repair needs
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, fostering a supportive living environment
- Collaborate with leadership to implement sustainability-focused initiatives and community engagement efforts
Who You Are:
- 2 years of experience in property management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to prioritize effectively and work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Familiar with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, or similar)
