Job Overview:
Green Releaf Dispensaries, in partnership with our sister company Amaze Cannabis, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations of three dispensary locations in Western Missouri. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, team development, and sales performance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in multi-unit retail or dispensary management, an ability to drive sales growth, and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
This position requires weekly travel between locations to provide hands-on leadership, operational support, and strategic oversight. A company vehicle and travel expenses will be provided to support the role.
Key Responsibilities:Operational & Sales Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations at three dispensary locations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in customer service, sales strategies, and compliance.
- Develop and implement sales growth initiatives, drive revenue targets, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location.
- Collaborate with store managers to optimize product merchandising, inventory management, and promotional strategies.
- Conduct weekly site visits to each location, ensuring adherence to company policies, state compliance regulations, and operational excellence.
Team Development & Leadership:
- Serve as a mentor and coach to dispensary managers and staff, fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
- Lead team-building initiatives, training programs, and professional development efforts.
- Drive accountability and performance management through regular check-ins, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Address staffing needs by working with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure dispensaries operate in full compliance with Missouri state laws and cannabis regulations.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Department to maintain required licensing, training, and reporting standards.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and financial reports to make data-driven decisions that enhance store performance.
- Implement and oversee a bonus program tied to store performance, rewarding high-achieving locations and employees.
- Monitor budgeting and cost controls to drive profitability while maintaining operational excellence.
Community & Brand Representation – Green Releaf & Amaze Cannabis:
- Represent Green Releaf Dispensaries and Amaze Cannabis as a brand ambassador in local communities.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives, partnerships, and educational events to foster positive public relations.
- Support the marketing team with local promotions, sponsorships, and customer engagement strategies.
- Work closely with Amaze Cannabis to create aligned brand initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive brand recognition.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5 years of multi-unit management experience in retail, dispensary, or hospitality industries.
- Strong knowledge of Missouri cannabis regulations or willingness to learn and maintain compliance standards.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, manage KPIs, and optimize business operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to travel weekly between locations (company car and travel expenses provided).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated industry with a commitment to compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
