Green Rocks Diamonds is a distributer of world's finest lab-created diamonds, distinguished not only by their superior quality but also by the craftsmanship of our people, Green Rocks operates out of Aventura, FL with a logistic hub in New York city , we are currently seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our financial department.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper, located in Aventura, FL the Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial statements, maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, using accounting software (Quickbooks, handling finance-related tasks, and making journal entries. Daily tasks will involve tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports to ensure that Green Rocks Diamonds' financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Quickbooks software.
- Skills in maintaining Financial Statements and Bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with Accounting Software and understanding of Finance.
- Experience with Journal Entries (Accounting).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Aventura, FL
- Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Other requirements
- Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work legally in the United States without sponsorship.
- Work Location - in our headquarters in Aventura , FL - Hours are 10:00AM to 4:00PM Monday to Friday.
