Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of rodent control and restoration technicians.
- Perform non-toxic rodent inspection, control, and exclusion services for residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize eco-friendly trapping and exclusion techniques to remove rodents without pesticides.
- Oversee restoration work, including sanitization, insulation replacement, and minor structural repairs.
- Train and mentor team members on green rodent control techniques and industry best practices.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient job completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain work reports, inventory, and proper documentation.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites and oversee the proper use of tools and materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on prevention methods.
Requirements
- Experience supervising or leading a team in pest control, construction, or restoration (preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record, Experience towing is preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, with flexibility for occasional emergency calls.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing labor-intensive tasks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage a crew effectively.
- Passion for eco-friendly solutions and a commitment to changing the pest control industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.27 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
