Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing, and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth. This role focuses on expanding the company's market presence, creating business opportunities, and ensuring long-term profitability by building partnerships and strategic alliances.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and business development objectives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and upselling services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns to generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to improve service offerings and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure new clients, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct on-site consultations with prospective clients to assess their cleaning needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and focused networking activities to represent the company and expand its network.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company's offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Strong understanding of commercial cleaning services, including service scopes, industry standards, and client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry-specific certifications (e.g., ISSA, CIMS) and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, and retail.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate client facilities to recommend customized cleaning solutions.

Salary: Negotiable
