Green Springs Capital Group is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and people-oriented Executive Assistant to support the owner of multiple real estate development companies. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in managing operations, administration, and guest services for our short-term rental portfolio, ensuring seamless communication and a top-tier experience for our clients and guests. With a focus on our company’s visionary goal of achieving $200 million in assets under management (AUM) and delivering financial freedom to our stakeholders, this position offers significant growth opportunities, including Director of Operations, Property Manager, or COO roles in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Customer Service & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for short-term rental guest inquiries and messages, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Address guest concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all guest interactions.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Oversee email management, including drafting, prioritizing, and responding to correspondence.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for accessibility and accuracy.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures for recurring tasks.
- Execute operational tasks and responsibilities as directed, ensuring timely completion.
Investor Relations
- Support investor communications by managing inquiries, preparing updates, and creating materials such as presentations and pitch decks.
- Maintain an updated database of investor contacts and communication logs.
Event Planning
- Plan and coordinate company events, investor meetings, and team gatherings.
- Oversee event logistics, including schedules, catering, and guest management.
General Administration
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges.
- Assist with personal and professional errands, appointments, and vendor/contractor coordination as needed.
Growth-Oriented Vision
- Align daily tasks with the company’s vision of achieving $200 million in AUM and providing financial freedom to stakeholders.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve operations, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or operational role, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in hospitality, property management, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience with scheduling, email management, and operations.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “get-things-done” attitude.
- Familiarity with investor relations or real estate operations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 annually plus bonus based on performance.
- Benefits: Negotiable based on individual needs.
- Paid Vacation: 4 weeks annually (excluding June-August peak season).
