We are looking to hire an experienced Recruiter with a natural gift for recruiting to work on a contract basis for 6 months. You will be working with the People & Culture (London and United States) team to define the requirements for vacant company positions and actively seek out qualified candidates through networking systems and social media marketing.
To ensure success, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a natural talent for negotiating, and the ability to make quick decisions. A top-rated candidate finds the right candidate for each position using advanced networking skills and negotiation tactics.
Responsibilities
- Meet with hiring managers to define the requirements for vacant positions
- Search resume databases and portfolio sites
- Use LinkedIn and other search options to find qualified candidates
- Negotiate terms of hire with potential candidate and sending job offers to candidates
- Ensure regular pre-screening process and handling interviews, communicate with hiring managers, present and provide feedback to candidates
- Work actively with our internal database system : status updates, candidate sourcing; ensuring the promotion of the company's vacancies and attracting passive candidates
- Identify and use the most appropriate sources, social media channels and job portals, communicate with staffing agencies when and as needed
