Green Tanner Industrial Construction (GTI) LLC. delivers top-tier electrical installation and full scope industrial construction services with industry-leading safety standards to commercial, industrial, renewable, and government clients across the Southwestern United States. Our projects range from design-build construction, mechanical, and medium voltage electrical work to runway lighting, fire alarm installation, remodels, rebuilds, and general site construction management. GTI is currently focusing on our Industrial Division and can manage all facets of industrial construction projects, from light fixture installations to complete site builds for large facilities. Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Estimator, located in Gilbert, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing project budgets, and ensuring effective communication with project teams. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project plans and specifications, organizing bids from subcontractors, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate and competitive cost proposals.

- Budgeting and financial management capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with part-time remote work
- Experience with estimation software and tools
- Knowledge of construction processes and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the electrical construction industry is a plus
