Server (nights and weekends)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings, and possess strong guest relations skills. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.  Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, showcasing knowledge of the menu items.  Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.  Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.  Buss tables and sanitize areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.  Assist in maintaining an organized dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.  Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction at all times.  Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food delivery.  must be a team player and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. requires Gwinnett County alcohol license.
