Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Green Team Turf LLC. In this role, you will oversee landscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation as a leader in the landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Team Management:
· Lead and motivate project teams to deliver on time and within scope.
· Assign and monitor project tasks, ensuring proper delegation and responsibility.
· Foster collaboration and communication between team members and stakeholders.
· Budget and Cost Management:
· Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
· Monitor and track project spending, ensuring that costs do not exceed budget limits.
Risk Management:
· Identify potential risks and issues and create mitigation strategies.
· Proactively address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
· Stakeholder Communication:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, senior management, and other key stakeholders.
· Provide regular project updates, including status reports, milestones, risks, and budget adherence.
· Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment of all stakeholders on project objectives and timelines.
Project Delivery:
· Ensure the successful completion of the project on time and within the agreed-upon scope.
· Oversee project quality assurance, ensuring that deliverables meet specified standards and client expectations.
· Project Documentation:
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and project change requests.
· Ensure that all project information is properly documented for future reference and learning.
Post-Project Evaluation:
· Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement.
· Share lessons learned with the team and relevant stakeholders for future projects.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
· years of experience in project management or a related role.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred).
