Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee landscape installation projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client needs and project requirements.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, designers, vendors, and others to ensure project goals are met. Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, and resources. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Project Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or delays to ensure smooth project execution.
- Leadership & Team Guidance: Lead, guide, and support project team members, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company standards.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and leadership on project status, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in landscape installation project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, vendors, and team members
- Knowledge of landscape installation practices and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and blueprints
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
