Green Therapeutics, a leading name in the cannabis industry, is seeking a Cannabis Packaging/Harvest Technician to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, reliability, and efficiency are critical.
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Cannabis Packaging/Harvest Technician, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Packaging & Quality Assurance:
- Precisely filling, labeling, and packaging vape cartridges, disposable devices, and cannabis concentrates.
- Operating various oil dispensing machines and using calibrated scales to accurately weigh products.
- Applying compliance and product labels with precision to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Conducting meticulous quality control checks and counting inventory before and after packaging.
Harvesting & Processing:
- Efficiently harvesting bloom rooms, including de-leafing and bucking plants into bags for fresh frozen processing.
- Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas before and after harvests to maintain strict hygiene protocols.
- Deep-cleaning and sanitizing bloom rooms immediately following harvests.
Order Fulfillment:
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to receive and review order details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Package the products in company-approved branded materials, ensuring all packages are accurately labeled with METRC tags and shipping labels.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors in the fulfillment process.

- Possession of a valid Cannabis Production Agent Card and Cannabis Cultivation Card is highly preferred. Candidates without these cards must demonstrate the ability to obtain them within one week of hire.
- Previous experience in cannabis production, packaging, or cultivation is a plus but not mandatory if the candidate exhibits the right skills and willingness to learn.
