We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Dockhand/Boat Rental General Laborer for the upcoming season. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting with the rental and maintenance of boats, as well as general labor tasks around the dock area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with boat rentals and provide basic instructions on boat operation
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of boats and dock area
- Assist with fueling and docking boats as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with general labor tasks such as landscaping, painting, and other maintenance duties
- Previous experience working with boats or in a similar outdoor environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
