This role requires an individual who can monitor all departments project and status updates to ensure deadlines are being met as outlined by the company's directive. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is a solution-oriented problem solver.
Executive management will provide leadership to all departments, which will require coordinating team or vendor/subcontractor meetings as needed. Ability to plan ahead and be proactive in this role is required.
Executive management provides vision, strategy, team leadership and development, communication, training and coaching to ensure a productive and cohesive team.
Serves on the Executive Management Team and contributes to the vision and development of strategic initiatives to accomplish company goals. Stays informed of the changing construction environment and make changes as needed.
Utilizes performance management with managers, supervisors, and employees to achieve new levels of performance, development, and satisfaction. Takes an active role in hiring and mentoring for succession planning. Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the operational unit, company, or as directed by the General Manager.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
* Maintain positive working atmosphere and morale among teams.
* Conduct weekly crew meetings to set expectations for safety and environmental, quality and cost targets. Communicate results to targets.
*Ensure all projects are completed in a cost effective and timely manner.
*Monitor employee performance and coordinate monthly reviews.
*Follow all procedures and ensure each department is preforming procedures that are implemented.
* Manage all departments and ensure cross collaboration and communication
* Interview and hire new team members.
* Manage all annual inventory counts of equipment, tools, and materials.
