Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Green Vine Landscaping's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to showcase our services and projects
- Take high-quality before-and-after photos of completed jobs for marketing purposes
- Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly
- Develop and schedule social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Assist with general office administration, including answering calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain client records, process invoices, and track project details
- Support management with marketing materials, proposals, and customer outreach
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new promotional ideas and strategies
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in social media management and office administration preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
- Experience with photography for social media and marketing purposes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
