Position Overview: As an EV Charger Salesperson at Green Water and Power, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our EV charger sales and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique charging needs, and delivering tailored solutions. This is a salaried position with commission opportunities negotiable. High performers have the potential to earn up to $250,000 annually based on sales performance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers in the EV charging market, including businesses, government entities, and property owners.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific EV charging requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
- Navigate potential clients through the EV Charger rebate process.
- Manage entire sales process from origination to closing contracts. Including all required regulatory paperwork, sales proposals and fully executed contracts.
- Collaborate with clients to design and propose customized EV charging solutions that meet their needs, including charger installation, maintenance, and support services.
- Understand and promote company offerings, pitch sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing and highlighting the advantages of our EV charging solutions.
- Visit clients and potential clients to perform site visits, record notes and take photographs to evaluate needs, and promote company offerings.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
- Maintain client records in salesforce.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Must be comfortable with cold calling potential clients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good organization skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, strong execution capability
- Willingness to travel as needed
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using salesforce.

Compensation:
