Jr. Construction Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with 1-2 installation crew on planning, organizing, and directing operations related to ongoing EV charging projects.
- Ensure proper execution of day-to-day tasks of construction sites.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to review and understand plan designs for EV projects.
- Schedule and coordinate preconstruction site walks and postconstruction site inspections.
- Assist in conducting final inspections on project sites.
- Visit project sites to photo document progress.
- Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
- Coordinates access with site POCs.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations related to EV project installations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with the procurement manager to procure necessary materials and equipment for project engineers and lead installers.
- Pick up equipment from vendors as needed.
- Coordinates delivery of chargers or equipment to project sites.
- Assist field personnel with time reporting and expense reports and verify daily attendance.
- Assist in creation of weekly crew schedule.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency with the installation crews, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Assists in planning and preparing for construction of new sites.
- Ensure crew's execution and finalizing of permits.
- Communicate any concerns to engineering and deliver messages to crews.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Construction Manager.
