We are a rapidly growing 3PL and electronics repair company in Atlanta, GA with an immediate need for a Reverse Logistics Administrator. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in reverse logistics industry, Customer Service or Warehouse environment.
Description:
Reporting to the Reverse Logistics Manager, the RL Administrator will handle the following responsibilities:
- Prepares material for returns to OEMs (Original Electronics Manufacturers)
- Requests RMAs from OEMs
- Arranges shipments of material to OEMs
- Manages replacements and credits from OEMs
- Communicates RMA status to RL Manager and to the customers of Green Wave Electronics
- Escalates issues to the management
- Keeps records in our database
- Keeps material organized and keep area clean and safe
- Daily reporting of the status of parts processing, escalating issues and recommends solution to the Reverse Logistics Manager;
- Monitor the conditions of the work area regarding organization, cleanliness, and safety
Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in reverse logistics, customer service and / or warehouse and inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Experience with Inventory Management systems
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Familiar or experienced with SQL
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and methods
