Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized wealth management advice.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, including investments, estate planning, and tax implications.
- Create and implement comprehensive financial plans that encompass investment management, retirement planning, and risk management.
- Stay informed about market trends and changes in securities law to provide clients with up-to-date information and strategies.
- Collaborate with legal professionals on wills, trusts, and estate law matters to ensure clients' assets are protected.
- Educate clients on various financial concepts and products to enhance their understanding of wealth management strategies.
- Monitor client portfolios and adjust investment strategies as necessary to align with changing market conditions or client objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding their financial decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of investment management principles and estate planning practices.
- Familiarity with wills, trusts, estate law, public accounting, and securities law is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are a plus.
