As a Time Critical Specialist (Export) you will work in a fast paced environment, delivering exceptional service to clients, who require expedited service. They rely on us to keep their businesses running and this role is critical to their success.
How you will be successful…
- Prepare and coordinate the necessary documentation for efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of import activities.
- Act as the primary contact for designated clients/agents within the Aerospace vertical
- Provide operational support which includes quoting, routing, and executing freight shipments across multiple transportation modes and services (domestic, international, air, cross border, charter, and hand carry operations)
- Troubleshooting complex inquiries to resolution with world class customer service skills
- Time Critical specialist is required to complete audits to ensure timely and accurate filing, complete customer invoicing and payable approval; and learn to proactively resolve problems to eliminate ongoing issues. At Green, we fix the problem not the blame.

- Clear communication is a must when providing shipping instructions to overseas partners and clients;

What you will bring….
- 5 years of international operations freight forwarding experience
- 1 year of CargoWise experience highly preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general industry documentation/communication.
- Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must be extremely detail and deadline oriented.
- Must bring energy and enthusiasm to team efforts.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
- HazMat Certification: IATA, IMDG and 49CFR highly preferred
- Knowledge of International Air & Ocean export and import business regulations.
- Ability to function in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Import Customs laws, practices and procedures.
- Deep understanding of the shipping industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Charter, expedited ground, etc…) and rate negotiation opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work in a team and be independent.
- Flexible schedule to ensure the client’s needs are met.
- Detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Salary range: 50,000-70,000
