WHAT DO YOU DO?
Our Route Manager - Logistics Coordinator works Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
Your role encompasses a variety of logistics and administrative duties, making you a highly influential member of our team! You're the backbone of our daily operations, setting driver schedules and efficient driving routes to meet our customers' needs in the most effective way possible. Accounting for factors like pick-up volume, locations, and other operational variables, you use software like Samsara and Route4Me to create and maintain effective driving paths.
As our drivers complete their routes, you determine if there are more effective paths and research any discrepancies or variances you notice. Motivated to improve our processes, you collaborate with management to create new strategies for driving efficiency. You also tackle administrative functions like data entry, email correspondence, and ensuring accurate routing.
