What Youll Do:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Greencroft Communities and affiliates.
- Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment.
- Ensure accuracy in financial statements, comply with GAAP, and safeguard company assets.
- Lead audits, manage treasury functions, and drive cost report preparation.
- Analyze financial performance, provide variance reporting, and recommend improvements.
What You Bring:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or business (or significant related experience).
- 35 years of accounting experience in larger businesses.
- Supervisory experience (24 years); CPA certification is a plus!
- Skills:
- Expertise in general ledger, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in spreadsheets.
