**Job Summary:**
Greencroft Goshen is seeking a motivated Maintenance Lead to join our team at the Goshen campus. The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for overseeing general maintenance tasks, responding to emergency calls, assisting with apartment turnovers, and ensuring preventative maintenance is completed according to established standards. This role requires a commitment to safety, compliance with codes, and a strong focus on teamwork.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs such as structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls, including lockouts and other urgent situations.
- Assist with apartment turnovers by executing carpentry, small plumbing, and electrical tasks.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks in designated areas to uphold facility standards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, code requirements, and regulations while working.
**Additional Duties:**
- Support snow removal efforts during winter weather conditions.
- Aid in setting up and dismantling special events as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-3 years of general maintenance experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and carpentry.
- Capability to operate a golf cart and climb ladders when necessary.
**Schedule:**
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
- Participation in an on-call rotation for weekends and evenings may be required.
