Your Mission:
As a Staff Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in everything you do. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain general ledgers for one or more divisions, supporting all other ledgers with precision and care.
- Provide support to affiliates as needed, ensuring all departments function smoothly.
- Reconcile inventory records for postage, medical supplies, and/or office supplies
- Tackle essential tasks such as fixed assets accounting, preparing sales tax reports, reconciling inventory records, maintaining census reports, and more!
- Adhere to established accounting policies and procedures, always respecting residents' rights and upholding our mission and values.

What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: An associate or bachelors degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: At least two years of accounting experience required.
- Skills: Familiarity with standard accounting concepts and procedures, strong computer skills (especially Excel), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
