General Role:
Identify, secure, and sell luxury diamond jewelry. Market leads will be provided to the Relationship Specialist. Also, generating leads outside of current prospects allows for more significant commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, providing prompt and professional service in select market.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Proactively identify and generate leads, qualifying prospects for sales opportunities.
- Coordinate sales support tasks, including documentation, CRM updates, and order processing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that achieve revenue goals.
- Provide project management support, ensuring timely delivery of client requests.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and account updates.
- Ability to communicate with CEO and Managing Director in a timely manner.
- Ability to be educated and learn about luxury diamond products and the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong skills in lead generation and direct sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales operations.
- Background in luxury retail or the fine jewelry industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Expertise in client relations and project management.
- Experience in marketing and sales support initiatives.

Commission Structure:
In-House Lead - 5% (leads given to Relationship Specialist by Greene & Co.)
Individual Lead - 10% (sales solely sourced by Resource Specialist)
