About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Human Services Department. This individual will provide critical support to our team, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; business school or computer training preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Working Conditions:
- Works in an indoor office setting with moderate noise levels
- May be required to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, or lift light objects
