Greene Resources is seeking a Benefits Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Develop sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies to drive the creation of effective solutions.
- Collaborate with account management and client service teams on pre-renewal strategies, RFP distribution, SPRs, open enrollment planning, and post-renewal analyses.
- Establish and communicate timelines with client service teams, ensuring they are informed of any changes and updates to renewals.
- Maintain accountability for client account revenue and profitability, providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
- Monitor project success, ensuring scope, budget, timeliness, and client satisfaction are met.
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients by partnering with client service teams to establish implementation plans, assign roles, and create timelines.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing cross-selling opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
- Stay informed about carrier plans and changes by attending events and maintaining active relationships with carriers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to influence and effectively engage with members of the C-suite.
- In-depth knowledge of the quoting process and related tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database applications.
- Valid life and health insurance license (required).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
