Position: HR Generalist
Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)
Pay: $85k/year
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Greene Resources is seeking an HR Generalist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Work with structured compensation and benefits packages.
- Oversee recruitment efforts and onboarding while working with hiring managers to create job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and arranging interviews. Conduct pre-employment tests and background checks.
- Develop contract terms for new hires and promotions.
- Administer the process related to onboarding new hires and offboarding terminations.
- Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices.
- Engage with heads of departments and assist with understanding and applying company policies.
- Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Identifies Learning & Development needs for employees and/or departments.
- Manages the HRIS and Payroll administration.
- Works closely with leaders and business owners, by helping them understand any employment-related challenges and offer solutions.
- Create and assign surveys to support and work with employee engagement.
- Manage the Performance management program.
