Greene Resources is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Plan and organize company programs, events, meetings, or conferences, including arranging venues, catering, issuing invitations, coordinating speakers, and managing the event budget.
- Foster a positive work environment by implementing strategies to maintain employee morale, encourage engagement, and recognize achievements.
- Oversee the new employee onboarding process, including IT setup, orientation scheduling, communication, and electronic onboarding procedures.
- Lead recruitment efforts by assisting with sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, scheduling, and preparing offer letters. Track candidate progress in the HRIS and maintain communication throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate and manage company benefits programs, handle open enrollment, manage employee information changes, and address benefit-related inquiries.
- Oversee the company’s fleet, including procurement, disposal, cost management, maintenance coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- Assist with various people-related projects and special events as needed.
- Provide HR guidance, support, and recommendations to employees at all levels within the company.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, working to resolve conflicts and manage sensitive situations.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry (chemicals, petrochemicals, refining, etc.)
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Familiarity with OSHA and EPA state/federal regulations preferred
- Experience with Rippling or other HRIS systems
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong results orientation and business acumen
- Effective communication and people development skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Financial management experience
- Highly organized with attention to detail
