Pay :
- 30 to $37 / hour (depending on experience) 10% shift differential for 2nd / 3rd shift!
- Sign-on Bonus of $5,000!
Experience :
5-10 years of advanced mechanical experienceExperience with air and hydraulic brake systems, air conditioning, general vehicle repair, electrical systems, battery-powered industrial equipment, and hydraulic systemsEducation : High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred; CDL license preferred

Job Description :
Repair electric engines, diesel motors, and propane liftsDiagnose and repair hydraulicsMust be knowledgeable of air brakes and diesel enginePerform major repairs on fleet vehicles, light / heavy trucks, vans and forkliftsDiagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving; conduct preventative maintenance and inspectionsTrain and assist other fleet technicians as neededResponsible for parts, test driving, and forklift operationsPosition Requirements :
Must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to their first day of employmentCDL license preferred or able to obtain CDL permit by the 15 business day from date of hireMust have personal mechanic tools and roll-around toolboxPractice a good work ethic with a desire to growMeet PBV driving qualificationsStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsBasic welding skills and gasoline, diesel, and propane fuel systems experience5,000 will be paid based on performance within 120 days of continuous employment.
