Job Title: Materials Planning Administrator
Green Resources is seeking a skilled Materials Planning Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track inventory and ensure 100% material availability.
- Place purchase orders (POs) and manage procurement of miscellaneous materials.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate SAP data, including supplier lead times, safety stock levels, and BOMs.
- Oversee inbound packaging inspections for film, corrugated materials, and rigid plastics.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve flagged SAP issues.
- Monitor overdue/incomplete POs and coordinate with Material and Production Planners.
- Manage international shipment records and register outbound shipments with the USDA.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards.
- Serve as the local SAP master data owner, ensuring accurate and consistent system records.
Requirements:
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the food or CPG industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MRP planning, inventory control, and warehouse fundamentals.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- English proficiency required; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
