This position is hybrid, based out of our headquarters in Lansdale, PA .
Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
Tax Compliance
- Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including reviewing federal, state and local tax returns prepared by a third-party tax advisor.
- Manage all domestic income tax matters, including data gathering, research and analysis of applicable tax laws, and ensuring company compliance with tax reporting / filing requirements.
- Lead the process of preparing and filing monthly, quarterly and annual state sales and use tax returns,
- Manage third-party tax advisor that assists with property tax compliance,
- Periodically review the Company's nexus exposure and implement procedures to maintain compliance,
- Responsible for all federal, state and local tax estimated payments,
- Calculate and record the periodic tax provision for all US entities, Oversee the year-end income tax provision process.
