School Nurse Substitute
The School Nurse is responsible for performing student medical/health procedures as required during the school day, with parent permission according to a physician’s order in accordance with the Tennessee Nursing Practice Act, applicable state laws, and the Greeneville City Schools job description. The part time/as needed position works no more than 29.5 hours per week and does NOT include benefits.
Current valid unrestricted license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Tennessee is required. CPR BLS by American Heart Certification required prior to start date. Minimum of one (1) year experience in pediatric nursing, public health nursing, school health nursing, or community health nursing preferred. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION (RN) $18.00 per hour
