Job Posting: Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist (School-Based & Clinic)
We are looking for a part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in a combined school-based and outpatient clinic role. This position will be split 50% school-based and 50% outpatient clinic. The exact location(s) may include schools in West Bend, Mequon, Brookfield, and Dodge County, but the therapist will have flexibility to work across all locations, depending on needs.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical capabilities, including strength, mobility, and coordination.
- Developing individualized treatment plans to improve children’s movement, strength, and functional independence.
- Addressing developmental or injury-related challenges, including balance, walking, running, and posture.
- Assisting children in achieving key milestones in motor development and mobility.
- Providing hands-on interventions to improve gross motor function and reduce the risk of injury.
- Working with children to improve endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
- Collaborating with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive therapy plan.
- Educating families and caregivers on how to assist in the child’s therapy at home and in the school environment.
- Participating in school-based or B-3 team meetings to develop appropriate goals and review therapy outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of treatment and progress.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
