Rehab Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate therapy appointments for residents, ensuring optimal scheduling for staff and patient needs.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing therapy referrals, and managing office supplies.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between therapy team members, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter patient information and therapy documentation into electronic health records (EHR) and prepare necessary reports.
- Insurance Verification: Assist with verifying patient insurance information and helping resolve any issues with claims or coverage.
- Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare providers to support patient care.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents and their families by answering questions and providing guidance on therapy services.
- Maintaining Compliance: Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of medical health experience.
