SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for checking daily estimates and making proper production schedule, labels (provided to QAs), communication with sales, shipping and analyst. Is responsible for data entry, hourly production report, receiving outside product, production report and final daily report. Also attends Production meetings as needed between shifts.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check daily production estimates
- Prepare daily production schedule
- Make labels for different skus
- Daily communication with sales, shipping and analyst
- Data entry
- Kitting raw product to finish product
- Hourly production report
- Receive outside product
- Final daily report (per shift)
- Attend management meetings when needed
- Ability to travel to Yuma, AZ/Salinas, CA a plus

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 1 year experience
- Ability to Multi-task
- Bilingual Spanish & English preferred
- Computer proficiency
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING:
- High School Diploma
ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:
- Punctual
- Team player
- Take iniative
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged setting
- May be required to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs
- Hand dexterity and strength.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and in a production type facility
Production Coordinator may be sere as back-up for Production Coordinators (AM/PM).
