Greenheck Group is looking for a highly motivated student to join us as a Talent Development Intern from May – August 2025. In this role, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting company-wide training programs and ongoing talent development initiatives, such as strategic talent management and pipeline programs. Compensation & Benefits
Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $18/hour - $23/hour and will vary based on type of position and school seniority.

Your Opportunity

In this role, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting company-wide training programs and ongoing talent development initiatives, such as strategic talent management and pipeline programs. This position will allow you to impact our business while learning about our company and culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for in-person and online audiences, tailored to various organizational levels.
- Continuously improve training programs by gathering and analyzing participant feedback, measuring effectiveness, and suggesting enhancements.
- Identify training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructor, HR and team members.
- Build foundational analytics processes and explore innovative, data-driven methods to enhance talent strategies.
- Assist in preparing and presenting data insights to effectively inform and engage stakeholders.
- Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to administer and track training completion.
- Manage and organize the LMS library by maintaining current materials and archiving outdated content to ensure accessibility and relevance.
- Support the onboarding process by assisting with new employee orientation and training sessions.
- Enrollment in a bachelor's or graduate degree program (Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related) and on track to graduate in the next 2 years or less.
- Previous HR coursework completed.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
While participating in a Greenheck Group college program position, you will:
- Interact and network with the intern & co-op group across the U.S. (about 50 total college students).
- Be evaluated on your performance with a mid-term and final evaluation.
- Present your projects and experiences to our company leaders and executives at the end of your term.
- Participate in Fundamental Fridays - exposure to our business and business leaders.
- Have the opportunity to take part in company sponsored volunteering.
