Greenheck Group, a leading growth-focused and environmentally conscious commercial HVAC manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Technical Application Specialist. In this role, you will provide expert technical application support, analyze special product designs, maintain a product line roadmap, and develop application training programs for internal and external customers in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Aid the product support team on complex technical support via phone and email for both internal and external customers in the areas of selection and application.
- Develop and communicate solutions for unique and complex applications, including design and special pricing.
- Maintain relationships with the rep network and sales channel to develop the product roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of relevant work experience in engineering and a strong understanding of HVAC systems. A degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience is required.
