About the Role:

The Front Desk and Office Operations Coordinator is the heartbeat of our office, ensuring smooth operations, creating a welcoming experience for visitors and employees, and managing office logistics. You will report directly to our Director of People Operations and collaborate closely with the HR Service Delivery team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with opportunities for growth as this starts as Temporary to Hire.


Key Responsibilities:

⭐ Front Desk / Reception Duties (50%)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors—greet and guide with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Oversee visitor check-ins and ensure smooth communication using our visitor management platform.
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and music-ready, creating a welcoming ambiance.
  • Manage and organize the storage room behind the reception area for easy access to materials.
  • Oversee incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and organized mail flow.
  • Escort visitors to their appointments as necessary, offering excellent service.


⭐ Office Operations & Logistics (50%)

  • Own and communicate updates to the team, like maintenance schedules, utilizing email or Teams blasts.
  • Support company-wide initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Enhance the overall workplace experience by maintaining an organized, efficient, and engaging environment.
