Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Relations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the community meets and/or exceeds the yearly budgeted census on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute community engagement programs to promote the organization's mission and goals
- Conduct market research and data collection to identify community needs and trends
- Manage budgets for community relations activities and events
- Cultivate relationships with public relations efforts
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through various channels
- Drive business development initiatives to support community outreach efforts
- Utilize social media marketing to increase community awareness and engagement
Skills:
- Proven experience in public relations, community relations, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Medicaid
- Assisted Living sales and marketing experience
- Experience in developing and implementing successful community engagement strategies
- Ability to leverage social media platforms for community outreach
