Key Responsibilities:
- Selecting, retaining, developing, and leading the clinical team.
- Ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with other department leaders.
- Developing and implementing effective staffing models.
- Driving quality improvement initiatives through QAPI participation.
Requirements
- A current, valid state RN license.
- 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- CPR certification.
