The Nursing Department Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department, ensuring high-quality care for our residents in compliance with relevant regulations.
This role involves coordinating with the Director of Health Services to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team. You will also assist in implementing our clinical staffing model and participating in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
