Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors.
Duties
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Execute tree trimming and tree care tasks to ensure the health and aesthetics of trees.
- Engage in groundskeeping duties such as weeding, planting, and mulching.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
- Assist with hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Participate in snow plowing operations during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care, tree trimming, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is advantageous.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.

Payrate for non-licensed crew members starts at $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Payrate for for licensed crew members starts at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
