Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR)
based in Florida to engage with potential clients through in-person office visits. This role focuses
on establishing and building relationships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, and clinics to
expand our healthcare staffing services. One day a week will be dedicated to remote
administrative tasks, including CRM updates and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct in-person visits to potential clients' offices within the assigned territory to
introduce Greenlife Healthcare Staffing's services and solutions.
● Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through face-to-face
networking, referrals, and research.
● Deliver engaging presentations and discussions tailored to each client’s staffing needs.
● Establish and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new
clients.
● Schedule and plan weekly office visits and client meetings, using one remote admin day
for CRM updates, reporting, and strategy development.
● Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
● Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably
in the staffing or healthcare industry.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Comfortable with in-person client engagement and a professional presence.
● Self-motivated and organized with a proactive approach to meeting goals.
● Proficiency in using CRM tools and Google Workspace.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
● Ability to work one remote admin day per week to manage reporting and planning tasks.
