- Requirements of the Compliance & Operations Manager :
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and experience with regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of relevant certifications such as MBE, WBE, SB, and DBE is beneficial.

- Responsibilities of the Compliance & Operations Manager :
- Operational Management : Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance Management : Ensure compliance with New York State regulations, including those related to business certifications (e.g., MBE, WBE, SB, DBE) and tax laws (e.g., Tax Law section 5-a).
- Documentation and Reporting : Manage and maintain accurate records and reports necessary for compliance and business operations.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Policy Development : Assist in developing and implementing policies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
