Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a vigilant and proactive Pool Safety Officer to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance of swimming pool facilities. This role involves supervising aquatic activities, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment for patrons.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Certification in Pool Operations and Water Safety.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience: Prior experience in pool safety, facility supervision, or recreational management (preferred).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry testing, and safety inspections.
- Soft Skills: Strong swimming ability, physical fitness, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool areas to enforce safety regulations and respond to emergencies.
- Perform water quality tests and maintain proper chemical levels.
- Conduct safety inspections of equipment, facilities, and surrounding areas.
- Provide first aid, CPR, and emergency care as needed.
- Educate patrons on water safety practices and pool rules.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and daily operations.
- Collaborate with facility staff to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
