About this role:
As a Sales Enablement Director, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our Account Executive, Sales Development, Partnerships, and Sales Engineering teams to achieve peak performance. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective enablement strategies and programs, while working closely with frontline and executive leadership to ensure these programs are making an impact on key performance metrics and revenue growth.
By optimizing our sales processes and equipping the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and knowledge to excel in their roles, your contributions will drive meaningful revenue growth while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Contributions and Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze current sales processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows in each segment
- Develop and implement standardized sales methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales strategies and tactics to increase pipeline and down-funnel conversion
- Sales Training and Development:
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive intelligence in partnership with Product Marketing
- Work with sales leadership on quarterly and annual skills and competency assessments to drive ongoing training and education activities
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, in partnership with sales leadership
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create high-quality sales content, such as presentations, pitch decks, and case studies
- Manage the sales content library, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with peers in marketing to align sales and marketing messaging
- Sales Tools and Technology:
- Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, in partnership with RevOps.
- Provide technical training to sales teams on the use of these tools, and partner with RevOps to ensure team members get the appropriate support as needed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration on initiatives
Your ideal qualifications:
- 5 years of experience leading the sales enablement function in a SaaS company Experience in medical device or healthcare related field is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices. Experience with MEDDPICC and Force Management’s Command of the Sales is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in modern sales enablement tools and technologies, including Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Gong, and Sales Navigator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for sales and a drive to achieve results
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Proven ability to think strategically while driving operational excellence daily

This role can be located within commutable distance of Atlanta, Boston, Indianapolis, or Chicago. The base salary range for this opportunity is $150,000 - $175,000 per year though actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location. You will also be eligible to earn commissions subject to commission plans and policies that may be in effect from time to time.
