Greenlink Energy Solutions is a fast-growing energy efficiency and solar company committed to improving homes and buildings across the Midwest. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Envelope Division Production Manager to lead our team in delivering high-performance insulation, air sealing, weatherization, and building envelope upgrades across residential, multi-family, and commercial sectors.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and scale the daily operations of the Envelope Division, including scheduling, material logistics, project planning, and personnel
- Ensure high-quality execution of envelope work—air sealing, insulation (attic, wall, basement), weatherization, and thermal envelope improvements
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and program teams to align production with demand (retail and utility programmatic)
- Oversee jobsite safety, training, compliance, and quality assurance
- Manage and mentor a team of field techs and crew leads, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
- Analyze job costs, track performance metrics, and optimize workflows for efficiency and impact
- Serve as the field’s technical point of contact for customer issues, vendor coordination, and project resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in building envelope services, weatherization, or related field
- 2 years in a management or supervisory role
- Deep understanding of insulation materials, air sealing techniques, and retrofit strategies for residential and commercial buildings
- Experience with utility energy efficiency programs, weatherization assistance programs (WAP), or green building standards preferred
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Working knowledge of OSHA and building code requirements
- Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- BPI, RESNET, or related energy efficiency credentials
- Familiarity with CRM or job management software (e.g., JobNimbus, AccuLynx)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10/30 certification a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces
- Comfortable performing site visits and field inspections
- Occasional travel to multiple job sites as needed
